Community Health Needs Assessment

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) require not-for-profit hospitals to conduct a CHNA every three years and adopt an implementation strategy to meet the need identified by the CHNA.

The 2022 health assessment will serve as the foundation for community health improvement efforts in Page County for the next three years.
