Shenandoah Medical Center, nephrologists have regularly scheduled outpatient
clinics and see patients in the DaVita Dialysis Center. A nephrologist
generally sees patients who are referred by their primary care physicians or
general physicians for problems related to the kidneys, high blood pressure or
certain types of metabolic disorders.

diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) requiring dialysis services, our
12-chair outpatient hemodialysis facility provides access to top-quality,
skilled and compassionate kidney care. Your care team will include the nephrologist,
nurses, patient care technicians, dietitians and social workers. If you are
