Personal Assistance at the Push of a Button

Lifeline is a personal alert system that enables you direct contact with a support system of neighbors, friends and emergency services within the community. It's an incredible high-tech tool that offers you and your loved ones independence and peace of mind by ensuring that, if necessary, professional medical help is readily available with the simple push of a button.
Shenandoah Medical Center patients have enjoyed access to the Lifeline service since the early 1980s. A trained Lifeline care provider is accessible at the hospital 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year. The hospital staff are available to assist with initial system set-up.

Lifeline is the perfect option for many elderly patients or individuals with mobility limitations.

The new Fall Alert is available now. If you fall, there is no need to even push a button for help. The Lifeline unit will automatically notify the service and help will be dispatched immediately.
