Shenandoah Medical Center is proud to partner with Shenandoah Physicians Clinic and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) to expand Gastroenterology (GI) services for Southwest Iowa. This collaboration brings specialized care closer to home, ensuring timely access to both diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures. Through this partnership, patients in our region benefit from the expertise of Dr. Peter Mannon, a highly trained GI specialist from UNMC, working in coordination with Jessica Heitkamp, ARNP, and our dedicated local care team. Together, we are committed to advancing digestive health, supporting early detection, and managing chronic GI conditions for our communities.
