Comprehensive Rehabilitation
Shenandoah Medical Center offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation solutions from an exceptional team of licensed professionals specializing in physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapy. Our rehab team is housed in the Wellness Center and works side-by-side with our group of personal trainers to meet all of your rehab and wellness needs.
During each session, you will receive one-on-one care with a personalized rehab program to address your symptoms and help you return to your normal daily activities. For more information about therapy services, please call 712-246-7000.

Education is included for anti-inflammatory nutiriton. Transition into lifelong maintenance phase involving long term wraps or compression socks.
- Lipedema management including education and measuring for and fitting of long term compression garments.
- Fitting of compression socks and garments- we measure and fit for proper garments based on the individual needs and abilities. We provide education wtih samples of various compression socks and products and provide training with adaptive devices as necessary for independent management.
- Lymphatics of the head, neck and brain. This is often helpful during cancer treatments post radiation when there is residual lymphedema, swelling of internal and external structures. It is also used in migraine management.
