My name is Levi Smith, and I am a podiatrist! I am originally from Colorado, where I found podiatry working as a Medical assistant. I found that I loved the multiple facets of podiatric care, and being able to keep patients on their feet. I then decided to pursue medical school in Des Moines, Iowa, and surgical residency in La Crosse, WI. My wife and kids, and myself decided to come to Shenandoah, Iowa because we have fallen in love with the Midwest and its great and kind people. We are excited to join a small-town community, where we can actually get to know our neighbors and make lifelong friends.

My patients are my top priority, both in the clinic and in emergency situations. My job is to find a way to keep you on your feet comfortably and for as long as possible. I am passionate about this calling and hope to be able to work with my patients to achieve these goals!

Outside of work, I love to play disc golf competitively, I like to cycle, and I like to run. I will be running the Wabash Trace Nature Trail 10k in the fall! I have a lovely wife and 3 young kids who keep us very busy! We are very excited to be your neighbor in Shenandoah, and I am very excited to be your podiatrist with Shenandoah Medical Center.
